Terms and Conditions for Xumia

1. IntroductionWelcome to Xumia. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Xumia serves as a marketplace platform connecting independent vendors with customers.

2. Vendor Registration and Verification : All vendors must undergo a verification process before they are permitted to list products on the platform.Vendors are required to submit valid business identification as part of the manual approval process conducted by Xumia.Vendors must maintain an active subscription plan to list products, as specified in our pricing models.

3. Commissions and Fees : Xumia charges a commission on all sales made through the platform.The current commission structure is set as a fixed fee per transaction.Shipping fees and product tax fees are collected centrally by Xumia.

4. Withdrawals and Payments : Vendors may request a withdrawal of their earnings once they reach the minimum balance of ₦1,000.A processing fee of ₦200 will be deducted from each withdrawal request made by the vendor.Withdrawals are only permitted for orders that have reached the “Completed” status.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) and Reverse : Withdrawal for orders placed via Cash on Delivery, the commission owed to Xumia will be tracked via our Reverse Withdrawal system.Vendors must settle their reverse balance once it hits the ₦150 threshold.Failure to settle balances within the 2-day grace period may result in restricted access to the vendor dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability : Xumia acts as a platform for third-party sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products listed by individual vendors.
